To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and financial modeling. You should be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
